U8 Blitz- 5th May 2018.
Sixmilebridge U8 Camogie took part in their first blitz of the season on Sat 5th of May. As the hosting club we were very proud to have 31 girls lining out for the 'Bridge in four teams. For many of these young players it was their first time to represent their club and they wore their jersey with pride! They showcased all the skills they have been working on so far this season and all these girls have a bright future playing camogie for Sixmilebridge ahead of them.
Our visiting clubs, Inagh Kilnamona, Éire Óg and Tulla were also well represented with two teams apiece.
It was a beautiful sunny morning and the girls all played their hearts out for three games each in Cappaghlodge.
All girls who took part were rewarded afterwards with an ice-cream cone courtesy of O'Flynn's Centra.
