As temperatures soared this week in what is really Munster final like conditions it didnt stop the Bridge Bucks U8s having their final run out before this weekends blitz in Cratloe on Saturday.

As a reward for their efforts and to cool them down our minor club and local O'Flynns Centra were on hand to provide Ice Cream to all the lads and coaches - going by the photo it looks like the coaches enjoyed the treat also as head backs coach Pat Hayes can be seen bursting out of defence with a box under his arm. It would be a brave buck to tackle the big man for another one.  

All U8 players are asked to be in Cratloe at 9:40 Saturday morning dressed in Club colours (Jersey, Shorts & Sox). Remember for any gear needs Lynda is in the club shop on Friday evenings 6-7:30.

Meanwhile John Corbett and his ground staff are very busy watering the pitches to ensure we can continue to play and train so it would be great of as many as possible could give an hour or 2 of their time this Saturday morning 9-11 to help with a clean up of our club grounds. You can be guaranteed a bit of craic and a great way to mix and meet new people in the club.
