Canon Visits Stars of the Future

The Bridge U6 hurlers got a pleasant surprise tonight at training when one of their heros & coaches Caimin Morey brought the Canon Hamilton to training. Caimin has been polishing the cup all week since it arrived in the Morey household and shared stories with the Bridge stars of the future about how 20 years ago he was in their boots looking up at his heros on the senior team which included a lad by the name of Niall Giligan. Whatever happened that Gilligan young lad?

Caimin was joined at training by other members of the senior team including Kevin Lynch, Alex Morey and 2013 winning captain Aidan Quilligan. Mol an Oige ....

O Garney Park busy this weekend

Wolfe Tones and Broadford/Smith O Briens will play in the Minor A hurling final in the Bridge this Sunday morning at 11:30AM. The same venue will host the Munster Club intermediate clash between Wolfe Tones and Kilmoyley on Saturday October 24th
