U10 Sixmilebridge camogie girls finished up last Tuesday night under lights. The damp wether didn't deter these girls from coming out in full force and numbers, a hardy bunch! It was a fantastic season where the girls skills have shown vast improvement from the beginning of the year. A huge thank you to all coaches, helpers in any way, parents that helped out to provide and serve refreshments for home blitzes.

The end of season highlight has to be our trip to Croke Park 2 weeks ago where the girls had a tour of the stadium, dressing rooms, players lounge, VIP area where Eimear Cahill got to sit in the presidents chair for our information talk. Go Eimear, future president in the making. Our trip to Dublin also included challenge games with Clontarf GAA Club, where we were met and greeted with a very warm welcome. We look forward to returning the compliment next year and hosting Clontarf in Sixmilebridge. We thank the Sixmilebridge camogie committee and hurling club for all the support and development of our underage girls throughout the season.
