The big news from tonight's reconvened AGM was the announcement of a new Senior Hurling management team as follows:

Manager: Tim Crowe

Coach: Davy Fitzgerald

Fitness Trainer: Timmy Crowe

Selector: Paddy Meehan

*More additions may be added to the backroom team in the coming weeks. We wish Tim and his backroom team as well as Junior B manager Mikey Corbett all the best for the coming season.

Development Update

The steel structure is now in place and construction on the boundary walls of the indoor arena will start in the coming 2 weeks with the inside base floor to follow this. The teams are in place for Clares Fittest Superstars which takes place on Saturday, 27 April 2019 at 17:00 in O'Garney Park, Sixmilebridge.

Fitness & Wellbeing

Our healthy club officer Damien Landy gave an excellent presentation on how the club are embracing their new initiative around fitness, health and well being. He spoke about what is currently in place including the Over 35s group, Operation transformation walking under lights cycling group and whats planned in the near future including talks on drug, alcohol and gambling awareness.

Clubify will now be known as ClubZap with a new release of the app coming out early next week. It will include a new feature for Team & Group Chat simplifying how Coaches communicate with players & parents, meaning no more noisy WhatsApp groups!
