As a follow-up to the hugely successful recent Parent and Child sessions in February, we are delighted to confirm that an official GAA Foundation level Coaching course will be hosted by Sixmilebridge and the first of the 3 sessions comprising this course will be on Friday this week April 1st at 7pm.
At the Parent and Child nights Peter Casey was hugely impressed with the numbers of Parents who participated in these sessions and also their enthusiasm which was a huge part of the success of these nights.
On the final night there was a strong show of hands from those present about participating in a Foundation course and rest assured, there is no requirement for "hurling experience" in order to enjoy the Foundation course. In fact the GAA Foundation course is as much about being the best Parent/Guardian/Mentor for our kids than necessarily showing yourself to be a brilliant technical Hurling coach.

Of course the Club also extends the invitation to attend this course to all other interested people in the club. The Foundation course can be a first step on the ladder for our interested Teenager Coaches and it's also a must-have for those who will be applying for Summer work on the GAA Cul Camps around the County this Summer.

The 'Bridge Camogie Club will also be encouraging participants to come along and enjoy this course.

Club Shop

Club shop will be open this coming Friday from 6 to 7.30pm and this will be the schedule from now on. The shop is located upstairs at the GAA Club house at O'Garney Park.
