Sixmilebridge 1-06 Inagh-Kilnamona 1-05

In this hard fought first round U14A Championship game our bridge boys showed great determination to hold off a spirited comeback by Inagh-Kilnamona after we scored a goal 8 minutes into the second half when Evan Murphy forced the ball over the line in a packed

goal mouth after a long delivery from Sean MacNamara. The game was in the balance on the 60th minute when Inagh-Kilnamona scored their goal which left the sides tied at 1-05 each. But there was still time a cool head when James Egan got possession 35 yards out

from goal to score a fantastic injury time point to put the minimum between the sides at the end. Everyone played their part in this victory throughout the game.
