A massive well done to Damien Landy who led this initiative for the last 2 years through 5 stages in securing full healthy club status for the club, with official recognition from Croke Park. 

The programme has provided a framework to capture all the added value the club has brought and continues to bring to the local community. 

Hopefully this recognition will bring opportunities as we exit covid and, looking forward to new facilities coming on stream, build on the clubs role as as hub for the local community.

Congratulations, your club has achieved Healthy Club Status. The club's policies, partners, activities and environment are aligned with supporting the holistic health of your members and community.

Official Recognition:

The club will be officially recognised as a Healthy Club at a special recognition event in November 2021 (details TBC).

Due to the public health situation, we are awaiting further clarity and in the coming weeks you will receive an email with the date and venue details. The Healthy Club Officer/ club representative will receive the Healthy Club Recognition Plaque and certificate at the event.
