U9 Blitz No. 1

The U9s started their County Blitz schedule this morning in O' Garney Park against the Magpies from Clarecastle.

On a bitterly cold morning, 22 Sixmilebridge U8s and U9s showed off their skills which they have been developing over the Winter and in School training. Whilst only being just back to official U9 training, the first blitz came upon us very quickly but it certainly did not dampen the enthusiasm of the boys who lined out this morning.

Some excellent performances all round against very good opposition, it was a tough test for the opening blitz.
