Last Saturday morning saw the launch of Spraoi Saturdays the aim of which is to have all our boys and girls in the club hurling - A festival of hurling and Camogie on Saturday mornings.

First off we had our Bridge Busks at 9am for 3-5 year olds. This was the first introduction to the club for so many new players and there was great excitement as they headed in the door of the new arena. There was wonderful participation from the parents also which was very encouraging.

As the day went on the Hurlers and Camogie players streamed in at different times for a true festival of hurling and pucking balls off the arena walls.

Thanks to all who helped out including our traffic marshals who were kept busy.

Spraoi Saturday will continue this Saturday and every Saturday as follow.
