The Bank of Ireland Rose for the 2017 Clare Rose of Tralee selection is Aoife Murray from Sixmilebridge.
Best of luck to local girl Aoife who will be competing in this years Rose of Tralee Festival. She will be put through her paces next Saturday at the Inn in Dromoland at 8pm.
Aoife is the daughter of Christy Murray who is the current County Board represntative for the club. He has played at all levels for the club and managed the seniors to success as well as playing big parts in the club executive including Chairman over a long number of years. Aoifes sister Grace is the Field Booking manager for 2017. Aoifes other sisters Charlotte and Anne Marie have helped out at different club levels in the past also including secretary and in the club shop. Aoife's mother Ann was involved in the ladies committee when it was set up. She also dis the field bookings in the past and helps in bingo and the senior citizens dinner party.
