Our U8 team travel to Ballyea this Saturday for our 3rd blitz. David O'Connor and Caimin Morey have been putting the lads through their paces the last few weeks with great help from parents and we should be back to full strength this weekend following a clash with communion for the last outing. The first hurley of the year was broken at training on Wednesday night by Mikey who put it down to his new muscles gained through his S&C program rather than the hard pulling in the match.

Throw in time is 10AM and all players are asked to be warmed up and ready to go in their Bridge gear at 9:45. Dont forget to drink plenty of water on Friday and get a good nights rest and parents make sure the players do the same!

On the day we will be playing Ballyea, Corofin, Tulla and Wolfe Tones.
