This Monday (05/09) will see the start of a new Secondary School Hurling League for the students of St. Caimins and St. Patricks Shannon. The league is being supported by Sixmilebridge GAA, Cratloe GAA, Newmarket GAA, O'Callaghans Mills GAA and Wolfe Tones GAA and organized in conjunction with Clare GAA Bord Na nÓg.
The competition will take place on Mondays at 4pm hosted by Wolfe Tones in Shannon and is seen as an opportunity to blend players from the 5 clubs together and build for the future of hurling in both schools, all clubs and Clare GAA.
Well done to all clubs involved in this venture, Clare GAA and to the teachers and schools who are all excited about this new venture.
