Best of luck to John Reddan who lines out with John Mitchels this Sunday in the Warwickshire GAA Hurling Championship Final.

The opposition will be St Barnabas at 3:30 in Pairc na hEireann, Birmingham.

Redders as he is affectionately known on Garney side is best remembered for captaining Clare to Minor All Ireland success in 1997 as well as winning Senior championship medals in 00 & 02 as well as a Munster club in 2000 following his finest hour in a Bridge jersey in the semi final taking Patrickswell for 6 points from play.

He emigrated back in 2010 and has enjoyed spells in London winning county championships with Kilburn Gaels hitting 5 points against Gabriels as well as representing London in the Ulster Chamionship before winning a Nicky Rackard medal in 2011. Following a career change he moved to Birmingham where he lines out with John Mitchels and and also represented Warwickshire where he debuted back in March 2014 in the National Hurling league.
