The 'Bridge returned to winning ways in the early morning Rd. 3 Clare Cup encounter with Scariff on Saturday last. The game was played in Scariff and after a low scoring first half, Scariff lead 0-07 to 0-05. It was a family affair with 3 Corrys, 2 Fitzpatricks and 2 Moreys making up nearly half the team. It is great to see Jamie Shanahan back in action and a nice blend of younger players getting plenty of game time also.

David Kennedy with a goal and 2 points and Brian Corry with a goal and a point were the major contributors. Caimin Morey contributed 3 points from play at center forward, whist his brother Alex converted 5 frees. Colm Flynn also chipped in with a brace from midfield.

Leon Kelly performed well in the backs, Colm Flynn played well at midfield, Caimin Morey contributed significantly from center forward and David Kennedy had a big impact when introduced from the bench.

Next up for the Seniors is Feakle in Round 4, currently scheduled for Friday week in O' Garney Park.
