U13A Academy
While the boys thundered back into the game against Ballyea on Monday night their team mates on the Academy team experienced a different type of Thundering when they welcomed Newmarket to O'Garney Park on Thursday. After a a sunny start which saw the Bridge lead 1-04 to 2-00 after 15 minutes the skies opened and Thunder and Lightening meant  the referee had no other option than to call off the game. With the 1/4 final games happening this week the Board awarded a point to both clubs which now sees the Bridge qualify on top of the group which sees them receive a bye straight to the semi final. This will be an open draw which will take place after the 1/4 Finals.

The draw for the quarter final stages which take place this Thursday are as follows ...

Ballyea V Clooney/Quin
Newmarket V St Josephs Doora Barefield
Inagh/Kilnamona V Kilmaley
Sixmilebridge - Bye

Semi Final Draw
I-K or Kilmaley v SMB
Ballyea or C-Q v NOF or D-B
