The club is delighted to announce that the Senior Team Captain and Vice Captain for 2024 have been selected.

This years captain leading the team for the Canon Hamilton cup campaign is Jamie Shanahan. The experienced club and county player will be able to tap into the many successful campaigns he has been part of in the past with Sixmilebridge and Clare. The Bank of Ireland official and former badminton champion will be serve as a great guide and mentor for the younger members of the panel. 

Ably assisting Jamie in the Vice Captains role will be Alex Morey. One of the teams main scorers over the past number of years, the Northern Trust employee will be able to mentor and guide and motivate the panel also. Continuing a long line of tradition of Moreys leading Sixmilebridge teams.
