It was another good weekend of adult hurling in the club with 2 wins from 3 games. Our Junior Bs had a bye in round 1 of the Junior B championship and our 5th Team, the Junior Cs will see their first action of the year on the next hurling weekend, the 7th/8th September where a little bit of history will be created when the club fields a 5th adult hurling team for the first time.
Seniors
Our Seniors made it 2 from 2 with a victory over Crusheen on Saturday in Clarecastle. Having been behind for most of the game, the Bridge side persevered and with a big impact from the bench saw the game out as 2 point winners. Their final game will be against Newmarket and victory in this game will ensure qulaification for the quarter finals.
