Intermediate Championship Relegation Play Off 

The intermediate 2s faced into this relegation playoff tie severely depleted due to injuries and players on holidays. Nevertheless, today 16 men took to the field in the Bridge Jersey for the intermediate 2 side. Seven of the players were debutants for this side and six were Junior Bs.

Although defeated everyone who watched knew to a man honor was done for Sixmilebridge hurling club. After 25 min they trailed by 7 points but they fought with the Bridge Never say Die attitude and drew level for the final whistle. Extra time.. well fitness and age told but honour was established.
