Venue - Ballyea
Referee - Gerard Ckarke

Our Junior Cs were in action on Monday evening last in Ballyea for their 3rd game in Division 10 League. With a win against Wolfe Tones in their opening game and a loss against a strong Inagh Kilnamona side they were hoping to get back to winning ways.

The side trailed by 3 at half time on a scoreline of 0-10 to 0-7, with Tommy Liddy contributing 6 points, 2 points from placed balls and Darragh Sweeney with the other point. Paddy Lynch was introduced early in first half due to an injury to corner back Oisin Casey.

In the second half, Niall Gilligan was introduced along with Chris Naughton for O'Loughlin and McCloskey and with 60 minutes on the clock the Bridge were 3 points down with a brilliant shot from Gilligan saved by the Ballyea keeper. Ballyea however went on to win by four.

Playing well from the Bridge on the day were Liddy with a big scoring contributions as well as Paddy Lynch and the Sweeney brothers.
