We travelled to Clarecastle on the evening of 9-Jun-26 for the next game in the U13 Camogie Championship.
Wind, rain and low temperatures have been omnipresent throughout this Championship and was no different for this match.
Credit is due to both teams as the heavens opened during the second half making for really tough playing conditions but the girls played on while some of us spectators tried to run for cover!
This was an exciting game to watch with great display of skills on both sides. It was a low score game we should have won; our girls played their hearts out; we had the majority of the possession but just couldn't get the scores.
The wind played havoc with our free taking and some scoring opportunities. Kudos to the goalies of both teams as each of them had some impressive

The girls have now thawed, are dry, have lost the windswept look and looking forward to completing the U13B Championship.
Thank you to Clarecastle for hosting us and to all involved.
