Kilkenny have came from no where with 2 wins on the trot to put themselves in serious contention for a semi final spot in the 2022 Jim Bradley Hurling tournament. The Yellow bellys remain top of the table but questions are being asked have they peaked too soon?

Galway and Cork are inseparable on the league table and on scoring difference but Cork are higher in the rankings following the head to head.

Clare are just like the Banner team of 2022 are having a poor league but we all know if they can get a win in the next game and get to the knockout stages this is where Lohans army will take off.

Limerick are still many peoples favourite for the competition but their tactics board went missing the last day as Galway beat them by a point. The classrooms are buzzing with talk of hurling, parents are whispering about possible positional changes as they drop off the smallies while the the staff room has been segregated with Clare teachers setting up camp in a separate corner to the Limerick teachers - this competition has really gripped Finnachtas!

The last round of games will be closely watched by all Bridge supporters with large queues already gathering at O'Flynns Centra for ticket sales for the finals in the coming weeks. There is of course a big Camogie Schools final to be played also so the girls will be centre stage in Cusack Park first before the boys main show piece in O'Garney Park later this month.
