The Intermediates played neighbours Wolfe Tones in Round 2 of the Clare Cup last weekend and began confidently taking a 1-05 to 0-00 lead and went on to lead 1-12 to
1-08 at half time. But only managing to score 1-03 against the 'Tones 2-12 in the 2nd half meant that Wolfe Tones took the points in the end.

Tommy Liddy with 2-2, (1-1f) and Sean Lynch with 0-7 (6f) contributed most up front.

Next up in Round 3 for the 'Bridge is Eire Og, who the seniors will be playing in their championship opener in May.
