The Minor Committee would like to thank all the mentors from our different teams who attended the Child Protection Course in Sixmilebridge NS on Thursday night. Our own Club Child Protection officer Corey Downes did a superb job in organising the event including the all important Tea and biscuits for attendees!

Clare GAA's Child Welfare officer Fergal Gray presented and facilitated the different discussions; so thanks to Fergal for this as well as his availability to always be of assistance to Clubs like ourselves in these important matters.

Around 50 people attended with the majority from the 'Bridge as well as reps from other clubs in the County.
Thanks also to Sixmilebridge NS for the use of the facility as our own hall was in use.
