Final Score: Ballyea 3-6 Sixmilebridge 3-2

Ballyea got off to the better start with a goal one minute into the game. Jessica Williams was first to register a 'Bridge score when she pointed from a free. She soon repeated this minutes later. Ballyea rattled the 'Bridge net again putting them under pressure. Ballyea then added a point to their tally.
Aoibheann McNamara found target inthe Ballyea goal before the half making it 2-1 to 1-2.
Ballyea got off to an ideal start in the second half with a point. Not long after they followed it up with a goal. Ballyea added four more points, one of which was from a free. Maeve Egan proved an influential substitute when she passed a ball to Roisin O'Grady who put it in the Ballyea net. Megan Gaule added her own goal to the 'Bridge scoreline when she converted a 45. In the end it was not enough to bounce back making Ballyea victorious.
